Steve Sellers Joins The CX edge as Vice President, Talent Acquisition

The CX Edge is pleased to announce that Steve Sellers has joined the organization as their Vice President of Talent Acquisition. 

Steve is an experienced professional with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Talent Acquisition including designing, implementing, and measuring corporate staffing programs as well as developing and implementing sourcing strategies that have included, networking, social media, professional organizations, internal applicant tracking systems, electronic advertisements, employee referral programs, job fairs, diversity recruitment, technical and college, and corporate open houses and texting campaigns.

As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition Steve will be working with clients and their Human Resources teams to help them execute a differentiated Customer Experience by ensuring they are able to acquire talent that not only fulfills the technical requirements of the position but also that they embody the culture of their Company.
